ISO - International Organization for Standardization - is a non-governmental organization that coordinates development and dissemination of international standards, including the ISO 9001.

The NP EN ISO 9001 standard establishes the requirements to be met by an organization that intends to implement, maintain and improve a Quality Management System. These requirements aim to:
