Audits

CONSULAI has a team of auditors with specific training in different fields in which it provides services.

The audit is an independent and documented process of systematic verification that allows checking:

  • If the management system is implemented
  • If this management system meets the requirements of the standard in question
  • If it is consistently and systematically fulfilled by  all

Audits can be classified as:

  • Internal audits:
    • The first party audits are conducted on behalf of the organization itself for management review and other internal purposes, providing  the basis of self-declaration of conformity
  • External audits:
    • The second party audits  are carried out by the parties with interest in the organization, such as customers, either directly or on their behalf
    • The third party audits  are performed by external independent auditor organizations (eg. certification bodies)
